Blue Bird

I Love this bird!!! If I'm Honest it's a relationship which has had to grow, I loved what I saw other people using him for but seriously every time I looked at him I came up blank but he's grown on me, you'll have to check back to see what else I come up with.

For this card I used:

Card stock: Kraft, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron
Stamp Set: Good Friend
Ribbon: Chocolate Chip gros grain
Tools: Scallop edge punch

Thanks for stopping by!

No stamping!

Quick easy but a bit messy :) sounds good to me unfortunately my floor doesn't agree I accidentally tipped the glitter over the cream carpet when making this card but the glitter is gorgeous it's ultra fine real red and it's really pretty, this picture really doesn't do it justice just check out my carpet for the proof and my face and my hands and my jeans you get the picture.
So I've been playing with one of the new simply scrappin' kits available in the new catalogue on Thursday This kit is called Christmas jingle and is a great way to make some fab Christmas cards quickly and easily with the addition of a co-ordinating pack of card stock for your card blanks you are away, I've been led to believe that from one kit you can make about 60 cards I haven't got that far yet but will let you know how many I manage.

I used:
Card Stock: Real Red, Chocolate Chip
Simply scrappin' kit christmas jingle
Accessories: Gold elastic cord, Real Red Fine Galaxy glitter, 2 way glue pen.

Thanks for stopping by i'm off to use the hoover :)

Anniversaries???

Do you always get stuck when doing Anniversary cards? I know I do especially when it's for my dh, Anniersary cards always seem to be so slushy and I'm just not a slushy person ( unless it's being said to me that's different) so trying to find the right card can be quite a trial.
So it's a good job I make my own cards!!!! Here's the card i Made this year for our anniversary!!

I used:

Card stock: Kraft, sage shadow, Taken with teal and Not quite Navy,
Ribbon: Bashful Blue taffeta,
Ink: Not Quite Navy, Taken with teal, Basic Black, Markers in Chocolate Chip, Blush Blossom.
Stamp sets: All in the Family Seeing Spots and Cheer and Wishes.
Tools: Stamp-a-ma-jig.

I'd like to just remind you that the last chance list has just been released today!! the items on this list are only available while stocks last until the end of September so be sure to check it out!! some of the Stamp sets have been reduced in price so don't miss out! check the list and order from me today!
